Well, today I got a letter on the door that someone complained I was making food in my home and selling it....I am so sorry to say whatever is in ones heart comes out of your mouth eventually - guess someones heart was not too happy I was cooking for others from my kitchen and trying to help out our family financially doing what I love.

Whether it be for a night, a week, a luncheon, a shower, etc... I am so excited to share my love of cooking with you! I am located in Collierville, TN.

STAPLES

($17.00 or $30.00 for two)
the casseroles are served in a 9X11 aluminum casserole dish.

Staples are the casseroles and more that I will carry every week. They are your main dish and will feed 4-6 adults.

Chicken Tetrazzini

pasta with pulled chicken, a creamy sauce and mushrooms (optional)

Pasta with Clam Sauce

a very thin pasta served with a yummy red sauce,baby clams and mushrooms (optional )

Enchilada Casserole

Shredded chicken and a creamy sauce mixed together with shredded corn tortillas

Best EVER Breakfast Casserole

made with eggs, potato and mild sausage

Poppy Seed Chicken

Shredded chicken with a cream sauce and yummy cracker topping

also wonderful served as a hot dip appetizer :)

They are $10.00

Sides are just that! Something you will serve as a side or as a dip. They will also be found with the Specials on the top right of the page.

I will have casseroles ready daily - Monday thru Friday and will have them ready for pick up according to your needs. You are welcome to come by and take advantage of the curbside pick up on your way home or for a little more....I'll deliver it to your door-or the one you love and are ordering for-locally :)

Enjoy! Go home, do homework, and visit with your sweet family and put the casserole in to warm/cook.... when the buzzer goes off enjoy the stress free meal God has blessed you with!
